Sepia Surprise – Epic Reprise

The weekend is here!

Yesterday, we told you all about our adventures on Gilligan’s Epic Walk… well maybe we didn’t tell you all about it…

Today we’re going to share some additional unreleased photos, and another element of the story which we didn’t discuss in the original!

We told you yesterday about a near-fiasco that happened when Papa dropped Gilly’s bag of treats. What we didn’t tell you about was something else that he dropped: his cell phone…

into the river!

Above is Gilligan at the site of Papa’s dropped cell phone. Lucky for him, the particular brand of phone was durable and waterproof enough where it was completely fine, even after being submerged in water for about fifteen seconds (we will give you a photo and more detail about this wonderful phone in a follow-up post, provided that Samsung contacts us about an official endorsement)!

Below is the original cover photo for yesterday’s “Over the River and Through the Woods – Epic Walk!” post. As you can see, it very much matches the title, however it takes the sepia touch to really make this photo come alive.

Next, a more contemplative take on Gilligan’s stop at the South bank of the river.

And finally, please enjoy this series of sepia-style photos from Gilly’s stroll down our favorite wooden footbridge. We think you’ll agree that the sepia tones give it an idyllic and magical quality.
