Beauty Can Be Asymmetrical

weenB&W

Some say that beauty requires symmetry. As with most rules, Gilligan finds a way to break this convention, while still remaining impossibly adorable. This black and white photo showcases his coat’s beautiful symmetrical-yet-asymmetrical marbled dapple patterning, as well as the not-quite-perfectly-round part of the iris of his eye.

The look says it all, and goes to show that the whole is often much more than the sum of its parts.

You better believe this photo is framed and appears on Mama’s desk at work!

Don’t forget to Like and Share the joy of Gilligan with friends on Facebook, WordPress, and YouTube. Thanks so much for stopping by today! ๐Ÿ™‚
